Digital Transformation manager

Job Purpose

• To lead Digital Transformation projects for Azersun Holding along with production plants.
• Establishing and coordinating internal and external communication plans with scope of digital transformation goals and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Specifying, designing, developing, documenting, testing and implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with integrating with SAP.
• Will play private role in driving strategy and execution across all functions in our factories and head office functions.
• Oversee the application of manufacturing and transformation process along with FMCG and Non-FMCG processes.
• Work with the wider manufacturing team to identify and pipeline key improvement projects regarding to Digital Transformation.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to deploy telematics solutions and integrate them into day-to-day operations.
• Drive operational change management, ensuring successful adaptation of new systems, processes across the team.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented MES solution, adjusting as necessary to improve them.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years experienced based on manufacturing and operational excellence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop users for MES application.
• Strong understand of telematics, data analytics in operational settings.
• Experienced on Industry 4.0, IoT and Data analytics.
• Experienced on SAP and MES implementations on manufacturing, warehouse and support functions.
• Experienced on Lean Manufacturing tools, six sigma tools and TPM.
• Experienced on audits based on Lean techniques and training tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Working Hours:

• 5-day work schedule;

• Days off: Saturday and Sunday.
